Welcome to my blog! Here you will find many of my tales and travel stories; some of my most treasured memories.
My travelling journey started long before my blog existed, yet with being away for the Summer, I wanted to do something to keep me occupied (because meeting guests, providing unforgettable holiday happiness and sight-seeing wasn’t enough!) And so, the idea of my blog was born! Where did the name for my blog come from you ask? For part of my adventure, I worked in an environment with floor-to-ceiling windows and miles of ocean in front of me – perhaps the occasional dolphin too! It provided a sense of serenity and was my ‘happy place’. I would spend a lot of time near this window and many portholes, each providing idyllic views as I sailed to different destinations. From this, I knew that I had the perfect name for my blog.
